I first’s went to M. Pope Jewelers to have a ring resized.  It was a rather complicated procedure because my ring has two layers of metal, which had to be separated and then reattached during the ring modification.  The finished product was amazing.  I could barely tell where the work had been done.  All the people working there were very helpful and explained everything in layman’s terms.  That experience led me to return when I wanted to buy some nice earrings for my daughter’s birthday.  Again, they were super helpful and I couldn’t be happier with my experiences with them.   BTW, I was not paid nor given anything of value whatsoever for this review. The whole staff at M Pope is excellent, very welcoming and helpful. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Carly on multiple occasions for all of our wedding rings. She is very patient and creative allowing for a perfect product every time. She has also helped my parents re-design their wedding rings to bring them back to life. I can’t thank her enough and will be returning every time I want to buy jewelry in the future. Shout out to Sagé as well!! I arrived at M. Pope Jewelers to have my 35 year old wedding ring cut off because it would not come off my finger. I was also interested in getting it resized. Everyone working there went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assured us they could help me. The ring was not that easy to cut and took some time. They were extremely kind and continuously checked to make sure my finger didn’t hurt. It never hurt at all. I was a little emotional about having the ring cut and I was immediately brought a box of tissues and a bottle of water. I told Carly that it was just a cheap ring and we didn’t have much money when we married. She reminded me that it is the sentiment that is the most important. Wow, just wow. When the ring finally came off Carly recognized the original jeweler’s name and has offered to reach out to them to see if they can redo the design to what it originally looked like. I’ve never had an appraisal done on jewelry before, but I’m so glad my first was with Pope Jewelers. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Carlie for spending an hour appraising my jewelry and answering all my questions while we laughed and talked the whole time.
